Once all your questions
have been answered and you are ready to begin, here are the
steps that we take to convert your data.
Send in your order form with all your
ACT database and payment information.
Send us the appropriate data files by following the Data
Instructions and then emailing the zipped files to us or if too large, we will setup an ftp account for you to transfer it to our servers.
Once you notify us that you have transferred or emailed the files, we will confirm receipt of the files.
We'll make sure we can open the ACT database and confirm with you
that everything is ok.
We begin the conversion process which takes a couple business days.
Upon completion, we email the converted files or put them on the ftp location and notify you.
You confirm with us that you can open the new database and then we delete all your database information from our servers for your safety.
Once we make changes to the sample data, you decide whether you want us to do the full conversion and let us know.
Assuming you want us to do the full conversion, we proceed and give you the final full database in the format you wanted.
Upon receipt of the database, we then process your payment
