Instructions to Order Data Conversion
Please fill out the entire form along with the required signatures
Please make sure you look at the Examples Page to see exactly how the data will look before and after the conversion so you FULLY understand. Keep in mind that if you go from ACT 6 to ACT 9 back to ACT 6 the data may not be identical from the original ACT 6 vs the converted one. The reason for this is that in converting from from one database to another, not all the fields match up and so its like putting a square peg in a circular hole two times.
Once you have filled out the order form, you have agreed to the entire fee and the conversion. Upon conversion, we will only fix issues related to not being able to open the converted database but we will not fix issues related to the data fields not showing up the way you want them (without an extra fee) which is why it is important that you review the samples first.
We will only work with one point of contact to avoid any confusion.
All requests for work, consultation, etc must be made in writing via email, fax or regular mail.
